*sigh* Okay, BIG *SIGH*!!!
I was doctoring up the soup a bit more with some additional milk and some sharp cheddar cheese...then the phone rang and I had to take care of some business on the computer and forgot about the boiling broccoli soup that now is more like bubbling burnt broccoli blech...
So I guess I'm not as good a multitasker as I thought and now I can't have y'all over for soup and chicken and JenIG is a much better cook than I!

I have done things like this more times than I would like to admit. I do it all the time boiling tea bags. Maybe one day we'll have this multi-tasking thing down!!!

I found you on JenIG's blog. And I have to tell you, I'd have come for soup, I love broccoli cheese soup, but burnt not quite as much.

the reason why you are my best friend is because you say things like "jen is a better cook than me". it doesn't matter that it's a total falsity.. the point is, is that you SAY it.
ps i enjoyed the use of your word palatable.
ROTFLOL....Now that is a hoot! HA! At least I can present myself that way. Right? That is the whole fun part of being on the Internet. It will just be a real shocked when people meet me IRL expecting Elise! LOL
